Job Description : AGM: Project Management Experience Required: minimum 3 years in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management. Location: Noida/travel as per project requirement) Industry: IT Infrastructure / Networking / System Integration Key Responsibilities: Network Planning & Implementation: Active & Passive Lead the Design and deployment of structured cabling systems for voice and data networks (LAN/WAN) at project sites. Hands on Experience and expertise in Installation and configuration of ELV systems including CCTV, Audio/Video, CAT 6/7, Fiber, and Data/Voice Cabling Work including hight speed 40g/100g MPO solutions. Should have core expertise as Data Centre Network design as per standard such as TIA, ANSI. Expertise in fibre optic cabling solution including but not limited to Splicing and laying fibre cables, underground HDPE pipe installations and other associated site work. Project Leadership: Leading site teams of minimum of 50 peoples for projects. Responsible for timely execution, resource allocation, and maintaining SLA commitments. Conducting site surveys, planning deployment, and reporting progress. Cost Management and control, candidate must be street smart personality with highest level of technical ability to drive effective cost control and additional saving with manipulation techniques. Customer Management: Candidate should be fluent in English speaking and expert in writing must have worked in KPI based corporate environment with problem solving attitude, He/she should be expert in customer handing and management and ensure no escalation to management until its beyond the intended job profile. Time Management: prime responsibility of meeting the customer/ Contract timelines and ensure excellence in execution with no delay and LD. Person should be ready for Extensive travel. Crises Management and accountability: The Basic is to own the responsibility of all good and bad situations with in and outside the organization, customer sites, Team. Technical Skills: LAN/WAN, CAT5/6 cabling, UTP Termination Fiber Optics Laying, Splicing & Testing Passive Components: AMP, Clipsol, Molex, 3M, SYSTIMAX, Crown Rack Dressing, Penta Scanning, Crimping (Straight/Cross) CCTV, ELV Systems, Wi-Fi Network Deployment
