This may involve producing sustainability reports, participating in ESG rating assessments, and responding to the data requests. • Follow ESG reporting trends and developments in ESG data disclosure landscape, benchmark best practices and provide recommendations on to continue improving ESG data disclosures • Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate employees about ESG issues, climate change, decarbonation, certifications, energy efficiency, best practices and their role in achieving ESG goals. • Support efforts to respond to key ESG surveys, ratings and rankings prioritized by the Company specifically as it relates to ESG performance data. • Support for GHG scope 1,2 & 3 calculation and reporting as per WRI Guidelines. Responsible for making GHG reduction plan, implementation throughout the organization for long term net zero target. • Life cycle assessment, EPD and analysis of proposed modifications. • Research external industries & global trends and conduct competitive analysis in order to identify opportunities and make recommendations for application within the organization . Administer the online platform used for data collection and audit, prepare instructions and guidance materials for data providers on how to use the system and submit high- quality auditable data. Serve as a point of contact for the external vendor providing the platform service. • Assisting with report preparation, including internal and external reports as per the requirement. Basic understanding with banned materials list; able to identify where materials are and ways to limit or phase out. Competent with sustainability terms, common certifications, and how these apply to materials and products. • Proficient with all certifications help to complete sustainability deliverables and create analysis tools with no direction (BIFMA, LCA, C2C, Declare, Green building, LEED) • understanding of CSR goals; Provide solutions to positively impact CSR goals.
