Job Title: SurveyorLocation: Gurdaspur, PunjabSalary: Up to ₹40,000 per monthExperience: 2 to 4 YearsQualification: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Surveyor with a strong background in working around canals and water bodies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of surveying tools like DGPS and Total Station, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD software. The role demands precision, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently on site-based projects. Key Responsibilities:Conduct land and water body surveys using DGPS and Total Station instruments. Create accurate survey reports, drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD. Assist in planning and mapping of canal structures, drainage systems, and related infrastructure. Coordinate with engineering and design teams for data interpretation and implementation. Perform field measurements, site evaluations, and technical assessments. Maintain and manage survey records, documentation, and daily site logs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Required Skills:Proven experience (2–4 years) in surveying, particularly around canals and water bodies. Strong working knowledge of DGPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and topographical maps. Strong attention to detail with excellent measurement and calculation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Candidate:Non-local candidate (not from Punjab) willing to relocate to Gurdaspur. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
