Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys at project sites. Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and field records. Use Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other instruments for measurements. Set out works as per approved construction drawings and benchmarks. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations. Coordinate with site engineers to ensure correct positioning of structural elements. Maintain and calibrate all survey instruments and equipment. Assist in resolving discrepancies between design data and site conditions. Provide as-built survey data and prepare final documentation for project completion. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other teams to ensure survey accuracy and data integrity. Comply with safety standards and project quality requirements. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software. Excellent understanding of construction drawings and levels. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
