Job Description

Job Title: Surveyor – Construction Location: Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 yrs Key Responsibilities: Conduct land and building surveys using total stations, GPS, and other measuring equipment Prepare survey reports, maps, and layout plans Set out construction markers to guide construction activities Monitor changes and updates in land records and construction site layouts Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors Interpret and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy in project execution Maintain and calibrate survey instruments Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards Required Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field Proficiency in using survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc. Strong understanding of civil drawings and layout plans Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience in road, building, or infrastructure projects Familiarity with local land laws and survey standards in Bihar Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
