Job Overview We are looking for a CCTV Surveillance Executive to monitor camera systems, report suspicious activities, and ensure the safety and security of our construction sites. The role requires alertness, responsibility, and basic knowledge of CCTV operations.  Key Responsibilities: Camera Installation & Procurement Check site requirements for new CCTV installations and identify surveillance gaps. Prepare a list of necessary CCTV equipment (cameras, DVR/NVR, cables, connectors, power adaptors, etc.). Visit market/vendors to purchase required items as per approved list. Coordinate with technicians for proper installation and placement of CCTV systems. Support camera layout marking on site maps and ensure system integration. 2. Monitoring & Surveillance Continuously monitor live CCTV footage of assigned sites as per company protocol. Observe and report any suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorized activities. Monitor recorded footage to detect incidents like theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. 3. Incident Reporting Immediately report non-compliance or suspicious activity to the concerned center/department manager. Prepare incident reports with full details and submit them via email. Maintain a tracker of all incidents and ensure timely closure as per TAT (Turnaround Time). 4. System Maintenance Conduct daily health checks of CCTV systems and document status. Identify and report camera malfunctions or system issues. Assist in updating the camera IP list and NVR/DVR data. Keep a record of all installations, system changes, and repairs. 5. Compliance & Confidentiality Follow internal security procedures and legal guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive data. Provide relevant video footage for internal investigations, when officially requested. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily reports on surveillance status and highlight unusual events. Maintain updated MIS records related to CCTV activity and incident handling. Keep inventory records of CCTV equipment and tools. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma in IT/Computer Science preferred. 1-2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring preferred. Good knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for long hours. Good written and verbal communication for reporting.
