• Assisting in preparation of the annual and 5 yearly mining plan
• Implementing SOPs in all aspects of operation under jurisdiction

• Achieving cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement across area of operation

• Improving profitability by optimizing working capital through inventory management and spare consumption patterns without compromising on safety and environment aspects
• Reconciling Quantity & quality between mine model data and current pit operation data so as to eliminate abandonment of operations impacting profitability

• Reducing the gap between receiving Quantity & quality and feeding quality by providing guidance in mixing the various batches of bauxite ores in order to get target quality as per feedback of the operations and technical teams of refineries
