Job Summary:

We are hiring Support Executives dedicated to DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) Verification activities for our Ahmedabad office.
This role is ideal for fresher with good communication skills and a willingness to learn. Selected candidates must commit to a 2-year lock-in period, as internal training will be provided to develop expertise in DSC verification and related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) verification in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Review and verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist customers with the DSC verification process and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all verification activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely processing.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards during the verification process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher’s encouraged to apply).
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn specialized DSC verification processes.
• Commitment to complete a 2-year lock-in period.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in document verification, customer support, or banking operations is an advantage.
• Understanding of KYC and compliance processes will be a plus.
