Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented female Support Executive to assist our Executive Assistant with daily administrative, follow-up, and tracking tasks. This is a non-managerial, full-time role suited for a fresher or a married candidate residing within easy commuting distance of CBD Belapur.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and clients on pending tasks.
• Track and update daily task lists, reminders, and follow-up sheets under EA’s guidance.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Provide timely status updates on assigned follow-ups.
• Assist with communication management, appointment scheduling, and basic coordination.
• Perform simple administrative support functions ensuring deadlines are met.
• Handle occasional office-related and light personal assistance tasks as directed.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate (preferably married), aged 35–40 years.
• Graduate from any stream (B. Com, B.A., B.Sc., etc.).
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Honest, dependable, and committed to the role.
• Residing within 45 minutes of CBD Belapur.

Salary

₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and background).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
