Role Summary

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized female Jr. Support Executive to assist our Executive Assistant in handling daily administrative, follow-up, and tracking tasks. This is a non-managerial, full-time support role ideal for a fresher or married candidate residing within easy commuting distance from CBD Belapur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in following up with internal teams, vendors, and clients on pending tasks
• Track and update daily task lists and reminders under the direction of the EA
• Maintain basic reports and summaries in Excel or Google Sheets
• Provide timely status updates on assigned follow-up items
• Support in managing communication, appointments, and scheduling
• Handle simple administrative support functions and ensure timelines are met

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate, preferably married
• Graduate from any stream (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., etc.)
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Should be honest, dependable, and career-focused
• Must live within 45 minutes of CBD Belapur
• Open to handling office-related and light personal tasks under guidance

Salary

₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (depending on skills and background)
