Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible female or male candidates for the position of Sales Representative. The role involves managing pre-sales activities, assisting in documentation and proposals, following up with leads, and supporting the sales process end to end. This position is ideal for someone who is sincere, organized, and looking to grow in a long-term business development role in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate warehousing/logistics services
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, document handling, and inquiry responses
• Handle lead follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp professionally and promptly
• Schedule meetings, product briefings, or site visits with prospective clients
• Maintain lead information in CRM or Excel tracking tools
• Help prepare sales presentations, monthly reports, and internal sales material

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-organized and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision
• Willing to take initiative and work with accuracy
• Must reside within 45 minutes from CBD Belapur

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Exposure to logistics, warehousing, or related sectors through internships or projects
• Familiarity with basic logistics terms such as dispatch, inventory, inbound/outbound
• Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
