Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requests and issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on support activities and performance metrics.
