Client relationship management: Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact, and ensuring their needs are met. Problem resolution: Responding to client queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. Communication: Providing accurate information about products and services, documenting customer interactions, and relaying customer feedback to internal teams. Sales and promotion: Identifying opportunities for promotional offers and helping to acquire new clients. Administrative tasks: Maintaining records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Process improvement: Developing and implementing policies to enhance the customer experience, and identifying common customer issues to suggest improvements.
