Your Tasks.

• Application support & Client 1st level coordination


• Godd to have Use the SharePoint & Power Platform technologies


• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities


• Collaborate with end users to understand their incident or service tickets and resolve them within define SLAs

Your Qualification:

• Bachelor / master s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field


• 1+ years of experience in Application support


• Good problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills
