Support Executive (Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day operational activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth execution of company processes and internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Academic teams to manage internship and training processes.
• Maintain and update internal records, student databases, and documentation.
• Assist in handling queries from students, clients, and partner organizations.
• Monitor workflow and report operational issues to the management.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination of interns and trainees.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Operations or similar roles (Freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
