Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Support professional to assist our clients with technical issues, product inquiries, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Flomiz products. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues. Collaborate with the development team to address product-related concerns. Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation. Monitor and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in customer support or technical support roles. Fresher are also welcome Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
