Support Executive (Female)

FLOMIZ is dedicated to providing top-notch IT solutions, including web development, mobile applications, and custom software. Our products, such as Diamond ERP and FLOMIZ Finance, are designed to simplify business processes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Flomiz products.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to address product-related concerns.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
