About the Role

Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain
VMware-based virtual environments
.
Perform
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
of VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter, and related components.
Handle day-to-day
incident resolution
, performance tuning, and capacity management.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement new solutions and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and backup standards.
Provide technical documentation and regular infrastructure health reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Operations with strong exposure to
VMware technologies
(vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
Knowledge of networking concepts, Windows/Linux servers, and system backup tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a
client-facing, onsite
environment.
