Support Engineer

Key Responsibility

• Handle both cold calls (to new leads) and warm calls (to existing or interested clients) to explain products, services, and technical solutions.
• Assist the business development team by converting technical leads into business opportunities.
• Provide technical consultations during client calls or meetings.
• Develop and deploy high-quality technical solutions as per client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical queries post-sale.
• Maintain clear records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales and support team for smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
• Stay updated with new products, features, and technology to confidently pitch and support customers.

• Strong technical knowledge in [customize tech stack or field]
• Excellent communication skills for handling cold and warm calls
• Ability to explain complex technical terms in simple language
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
• Experience with customer calls, lead follow-up, and client support
• Added advantage: experience in product demos or presales

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
