Job Description

Key Responsibility

Handle both cold calls (to new leads) and warm calls (to existing or interested clients) to explain products, services, and technical solutions.
Assist the business development team by converting technical leads into business opportunities.
Provide technical consultations during client calls or meetings.
Develop and deploy high-quality technical solutions as per client requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical queries post-sale.
Maintain clear records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and support team for smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
Stay updated with new products, features, and technology to confidently pitch and support customers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in [customize tech stack or field]
Excellent communication skills for handling cold and warm calls
Ability to explain complex technical terms in simple language
Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems
Problem-solving, multitasking, and team collaboration skills

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
Experience with customer calls, lead follow-up, and client support
Added advantage: experience in product demos or presales

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
