Job Title: Support Engineer - Security Systems Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Engineer with expertise in security and surveillance solutions. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intrusion detection systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance for security and surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, fire suppuration , etc.). Diagnose and resolve system/network issues onsite and remotely. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Install, configure, and test hardware/software related to security solutions. Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and service logs. Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and preventive maintenance activities. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and client requirements. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field. Proven experience in technical support for security systems. Knowledge of CCTV, access control, biometrics, fire alarm, and intrusion detection systems. Familiarity with networking, IP-based surveillance, and system integration. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, with willingness for field visits. Preferred Skills: Certifications in security systems or networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Honeywell, Hikvision, Bosch). Experience with VMS (Video Management Systems) and cloud-based security solutions.
