Job Description

Role Overview: As a Support Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide IT support to clients and assist with application installation and setup. You will be expected to offer both onsite and offsite support based on the client's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues effectively. - Visit client sites to carry out installations, configurations, and training sessions. - Manage remote support activities, resolve tickets promptly, and follow up with clients. - Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and updates on ongoing support tasks. Qualification Required: - Candidates with a technical background, preferably in IT or Computer Science. - Strong communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel for client visits as and when required. - Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
