Role: Demonstration, Sales & Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated Demonstration, Sales & Support Executive to boost the sales of our WhatsApp Marketing and Automation Platforms.

Key Competencies & Skills Required:


  1. Technical Skills

o Basic knowledge of Computer Software, WhatsApp Marketing and CRM Systems.

o Familiarity with remote access tools (Anydesk, TeamViewer, Zoom, Ultra Viewer).

o Required Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.

o Ability to troubleshoot minor software issues.

2.Sales & Communication Skills

o Strong persuasive and consultative selling ability.

o Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

o Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi/English and Gujarati.


3. Customer Service Orientation

o Patience and problem-solving skills for handling customer queries.

o Ability to provide ongoing support and ensure a positive customer experience.


4. Time Management & Organization

o Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

o Maintaining structured follow-ups and managing client relationships.


5. Adaptability & Learning

o Willingness to learn about new updates in WhatsApp marketing trends.

o Quick adaptability to customer-specific requirements and issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Handling & Initial Contact

o Engage with leads generated from various sources (Meta ads, referrals, website, webinars, outdoor branding, etc.).

o Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and expectations.

o Maintain a CRM/database to track lead status and interactions.

2.Product Demonstration & Consultation

o Conduct product demonstrations via remote tools like AnyDesk, Zoom, or Google Meet.

o Explain features, benefits, and use cases of the WhatsApp Marketing Systems.

o Address queries and objections to ensure client understanding.

o Customize demonstrations based on client requirements.

3. Sales & Activation

o Convert potential leads into paying customers by explaining the value of the system.

o Guide customers through the purchasing process, including payment and activation.

o Assist in license activation and initial setup for clients.

4. Client Support & Relationship Management

o Provide post-sales support for clients with technical or operational issues.

o Offer guidance on best practices for maximizing the system’s potential.

o Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.

o Manage license renewals and upselling opportunities.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

o Keep detailed records of demos, sales conversions, and client interactions.

o Provide feedback to the team on customer concerns and potential improvements.

o Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
