Supply Line Management Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, storage and distribution of products. • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet production and customer demand. • Track and monitor product movement and prepare reports on supply chain performance. • Work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics and sales to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely deliveries. • Optimize logistics and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve service levels. • Resolve any supply chain issues, including delays, shortage or damages. • Assist in managing relationships with third-party vendors and logistics providers to ensure operational excellence. • Ensure that all supply chain processes adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Identify and manage risks in the supply chain. Qualification & Experience: • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain/line management, preferably within the food, dairy, FMCG or beverage industry. • Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management and supply chain optimization. Key Skills & Competencies: • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors. • Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting and inventory management. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain management software (ERP systems, SAP, etc.) is a plus
