Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk Manager

As a Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk Manager at Burckhardt Compression in Pune, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing potential ESG & SC risks and opportunities throughout the supply chain. Your deep understanding of Sustainability (ESG), ethical business practices, and responsible supply chain management will be instrumental in driving effective ESG & SC strategies that align with BC's values. **Key Responsibilities:** - Refine and implement the Sustainable Procurement Roadmap for BC Group, driving conceptualization and implementation of BC's regulatory required needs. - Track and report on ESG and SC Risk performance metrics, collecting and analyzing data on factors such as GHG emissions and supply chain transparency. - Lead Supplier Risk Assessment Process to identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Develop and implement the ESG and SC risk KPI dashboard using BC's IT tools. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, QM, Sustainability, and Logistics to implement ESG & SC risk policies effectively. - Identify relevant 3rd parties to support efficient data and risk profile identifications. **Qualifications Required:** - Completed studies in supply chain management, sustainability management, business economics, or similar qualification. - Professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, preferably with a focus on Supplier Engagement. - Familiarity with regulatory ESG frameworks and relevant benchmarks. - Experience in reporting and developing decision papers for management. - Strong PC skills, IT system knowledge, and ideally knowledge of BI tools. - Fluent in English (verbal and writing). **About Burckhardt Compression:** Burckhardt Compression is a global manufacturer that creates leading compression solutions for a sustainable energy future.
