Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk Manager

As a Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk Manager at Burckhardt Compression, your role will involve contributing to the growth of the organization by leveraging your expertise in sustainability, ethical business practices, and responsible supply chain management. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing a deep understanding of Sustainability (ESG) and responsible supply chain management, including SC risk assessment processes and business compliance needs. - Identifying and addressing potential ESG & SC risks and opportunities throughout the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers. - Refining and implementing the Sustainable Procurement Roadmap for BC Group, tracking and reporting on ESG and SC risk performance metrics, and leading the supplier risk assessment process. - Owning the ESG and SC risk KPI dashboard, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying relevant third parties to support efficient data and risk profile identifications. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring in the following expertise: - Completed studies in supply chain management, sustainability management, business economics, or similar qualification. - Professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, with a focus on supplier engagement being a plus. - Familiarity with regulatory ESG frameworks and relevant benchmarks, experience in reporting, and solid PC skills.
