Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk Manager

Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a deep understanding of Sustainability (ESG) and responsible supply chain management, which involves SC risk assessment processes and business compliance needs. - Identifying and addressing potential ESG & SC risks and opportunities across the supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers. - Refining and implementing the Sustainable Procurement Roadmap for BC Group, monitoring and reporting on ESG and SC risk performance metrics, and overseeing the supplier risk assessment process. - Managing the ESG and SC risk KPI dashboard, working closely with various teams, and identifying relevant third parties to enhance data and risk profile identifications. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Completed studies in supply chain management, sustainability management, business economics, or related fields. - Professional background in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on supplier engagement considered advantageous. - Familiarity with regulatory ESG frameworks, relevant benchmarks, reporting experience, and proficient PC skills.
