Supply chain solutionist

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Solutionist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies, implementing cost-saving measures, and providing insights to enhance logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps. - Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement. - Provide actionable insights to enhance logistics, inventory management, procurement, and distribution. - Design and implement customized supply chain solutions aligned with business goals. - Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain systems and strategies. - Ensure timely and effective rollout of solutions. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate supply chain management systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS. - Drive automation and enhance real-time visibility across the supply chain. - Ensure seamless communication between all supply chain systems and partners. - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors. - Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure optimal service delivery. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in supply chain management. - Continuously suggest innovative strategies to drive efficiencies and scalability in the supply chain. - Utilize data analytics to track KPIs, performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Create detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing supply chain operations. Qualifications Required: - Education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BBA in Logistics, or Supply Chain. - 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management.
