Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager at Pyramid Eats in Ambala, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the supply chain operations of our food processing plant specializing in frozen foods like burger patties and french fries. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer service to ensure cost-efficiency, timely production, and quality control. Your key responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating, and executing all logistics activities, efficiently procuring raw materials, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing demand planning strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing cold storage logistics, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations like FSSAI. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in frozen food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems, cold chain logistics, and food safety regulations is essential. Your leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in optimizing costs and maintaining product availability while ensuring timely deliveries. Preferred candidates will have a background in frozen food items and experience working in food processing units with automated or semi-automated lines.
