Supply Chain Head - EMS

The Supply Chain Head role involves overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery. It is essential to establish strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical sourcing practices. Collaborating with various teams is crucial to align supply chain activities with business objectives and drive digital transformation and automation. Monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of this role, along with developing risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions to ensure business continuity. To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the EMS or electronics industry. Expertise in procurement, logistics, supplier management, and global trade regulations is necessary. Your ability to drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and implement ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and process automation will be critical. Strong negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.
