Supply Chain Executive

You will be working as an Executive in the Supply Chain department at Sahajanand Laser Technology Limited. As part of your role, you will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with team members and reviewing their work on a daily basis. It is important to escalate any issues related to daily work to the management regularly. Strong follow-up with each process owner is necessary to ensure proactive results. You must ensure that all process owners follow best practices in their respective functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly formal reviews with the management and for conducting internal as well as third-party audits. - Conduct regular meetings with team members and review their work daily. - Escalate issues related to daily work to management regularly. - Take strong follow-up with each process owner to ensure proactive results. - Ensure all process owners follow best practices in their functions. - Responsible for monthly formal reviews with management. - Responsible for internal as well as third-party audits. Qualification Required: - Diploma/BE/B.Tech + MBA in Supply Chain Management You may also be required to perform tasks assigned by the management in a timely manner. Traveling to any part of India as per the needs of the business might also be necessary for this role.,
