Supply Chain Executive Location: Mumbai Company: Precision Engineering Industries Type: Full-Time Manage the complete supply chain — from enquiry to final payment. We are a mechanical engineering manufacturing firm seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage the full order cycle—from customer enquiry to final payment—ensuring smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full order cycle: enquiry, quotation, order processing, delivery, and payment follow-up Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics, finance) for seamless execution Coordinate with clients for document approvals and technical clarifications Oversee submission of final documents and ensure timely follow-up for payment collection Monitor material flow, vendor performance, and inventory levels to meet delivery schedules Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or related field 2–4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in MS Office Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Strong self Correspondence Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Supply chain management: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
