Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for the preparation of pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including invoices and packing lists. You will coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA) for custom clearance and shipping lines for the dispatch of goods. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and verifying documents for importing raw materials. It will be your duty to maintain both physical and digital records related to Supply Chain Management (SCM), such as shipment documentation, sales orders, customer purchase orders, shipping bills, and bills of lading. You will also be preparing pro-forma invoices for customer submission and providing instructions to the production plant for received orders. Furthermore, you will arrange international courier services for sending samples to customers through DHL and FedEx. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in handling pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation - Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and coordination with shipping lines and freight forwarders - Proficiency in maintaining records related to SCM - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Experience in coordinating international courier services would be an advantage,
