Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage and streamline end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material movement and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels at warehouses, depots, distributors, and field locations.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

2. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate dispatch schedules with transporters, warehouses, and field teams.
• Track and ensure timely deliveries to distributors/retailers.
• Manage freight rates, transport documentation, and delivery confirmations.

3. Procurement Support

• Assist in vendor coordination for purchase orders, material follow-ups, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation for purchase and inward materials.

4. Warehouse Operations

• Support warehouse audits, stock verification, and safety compliance.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles and proper material handling.

5. Order Management

• Review and process sales orders on ERP/Excel.
• Coordinate with sales teams for order approvals and dispatch priorities.

6. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain updated data on ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare MIS reports, consumption reports, and logistics cost reports.

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation for GRN, dispatch notes, invoices, e-way bills.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory control
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of transport planning & warehouse management

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
• MBA in Supply Chain (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/inventory
• Experience in the fertilizer/agri-input/manufacturing sector preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
