Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager at our company, you will be leading a team of planner/buyers and team leaders to ensure customer service, inventory management, and minimizing write offs. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing demand forecasts, creating purchase orders, and ensuring their fulfillment - Managing supply chain execution in the region, including master data maintenance and timely follow-ups with suppliers and internal functions - Harmonizing, optimizing, and improving processes and governance mechanisms to enhance efficiency and compliance - Handling market-driven changes such as artworks and demand fluctuations to ensure product compliance and support market needs - Maintaining transparent communication with markets on supply and demand topics through Teva standard tools - Proactively managing anticipated future supply challenges and acting as the primary interface with suppliers - Leading supply chain strategic initiatives in coordination with various stakeholders - Reporting on customer service issues and ensuring compliance with Teva's safety, health, and environmental policies - Supporting Global Supply Chain activities and aligning with processes and policies - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing updates to senior leadership - Monitoring team performance, implementing process improvements, and achieving key performance indicators like CSL, OTIF, GRs, and inventory levels Join us in our mission to drive operational excellence and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.,
