Supply Chain-Business Continuity planning

You have 3-6 years of post-graduation experience in the Sheet Metal / Plastics / Electronics domain with a good understanding of the related processes and quality issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understanding the system & process of the supplier and working with them on improvement activities. - Monitoring development timelines and ensuring alignment with New Model Trials planned at MSIL. Coordinating with different stakeholders within the company. - Handling costing, negotiation, and sourcing for New Model parts as per the targets and timelines. - Implementing supply de-risking strategies through alternate source introduction, localization, multiple plants & lines, etc. - Conducting MIS reporting activities, budget making and monitoring, vendor capacity assessment, etc. - Supporting in resolving quality issues, controlling defects during development and mass production. - Ensuring strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to production supply. - Performing risk management to minimize project risks and developing a risk mitigation plan. **Competencies:** - Sound knowledge of the concepts related to System & process. - Good understanding and development know-how of various manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of manufacturing process, plant functioning & logistics. - Data-driven approach: analyzing and proposing strategies. - Strategic thinker to analyze and propose short-term and long-term solutions. - Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach. - Proficiency in using MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).,
