Supply Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct targeted research and lead extraction

    across LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, Slack, Facebook groups, industry forums, and niche communities to identify high-value freelance prospects in our 6 verticals.
  2. Build and maintain lead databases

    with detailed prospect information (expertise level, pricing competitiveness, portfolio quality, previous work), organizing data into CRM for tracking and segmentation.
  3. Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns

    (email, LinkedIn DMs, Twitter, Discord) with compelling messaging tailored to different expert segments and verticalsmaintaining 150–300+ daily touchpoints.
  4. Create and optimize email sequences

    for cold outreach, including subject line testing, value propositions, and follow-up cadences to drive response rates and qualification.
  5. Manage community engagement

    across 5–6 expert communities (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp groups) to build relationships, answer questions, share opportunities, and drive organic referrals from existing freelancers.
  6. Track and analyze campaign metrics

    (reach rate, response rate, open rate, click-through rate, qualification rate, cost-per-qualified-lead) and optimize channels and messaging based on performance data.
  7. Collaborate with growth and product teams

    to share freelancer feedback, identify patterns in objections, and recommend platform improvements to increase conversion rates.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2-3+ years hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, research, or B2B/B2D sales development
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, extract targeted prospect lists, and build databases with 100+ high-quality leads
  • Strong email copywriting skills with demonstrated track record of achieving 20%+ open rates and 5%+ click-through rates
  • Experience managing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social platforms) with data-driven optimization
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage prospects at scale
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently, setting own priorities and holding yourself accountable
  • The role may require you to be available in the US timezone

Preferred Experience:

  • Freelance platform, marketplace, or gig-economy outreach experience
  • Community management or community building background (online communities, Discord, Slack, etc.)
