Job Title: Power Platform Developer Location: Remote Experience: 3-4 years Working Hours: 3pm to 12am IST About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically focusing on Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Power Platform fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps to meet business requirements. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules. Develop integrations between Power Platform and other systems using connectors and APIs. Implement and manage Power Automate flows for process automation. Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are bug-free. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. Required Skills and Experience: 3-4 years of experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong proficiency in developing Canvas Apps with a focus on user experience and performance. Extensive experience in designing and configuring Model-driven Apps, including entity customization, form design, and workflow automation. Solid understanding of Dataverse and its data modeling capabilities. Experience with Power Automate for creating automated workflows and integrations. Familiarity with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards (preferred). Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or other scripting languages (preferred). Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
