Job Description

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies.
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Conduct processing mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes.
Manage small to mid-size projects, including planning, execution, and reporting within our governance framework.
Support and coach colleagues developing small applications within our 'creator' program.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting.
Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows.
Experience in LLMs is a plus.
