Senior Power Platform Developer (5–8 Years Experience) Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid (as per organizational requirement) Note : We are only considering candidates who are Immediate Joiners or those with a notice period of 15 days to a maximum of 1 month. Candidates with a longer notice period will not be considered. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of relevant expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, substantial hands-on development experience, and the ability to design, customize, and optimize complex business applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The selected professional will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, streamline operations, and deliver scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. Architect and implement robust data models using Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity. Develop and enhance workflows, automated processes, and integrations using Power Automate and relevant connectors. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and solution components. Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts (JavaScript) to address advanced business requirements. Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors. Implement ALM practices, solution deployments, environment management, and version control. Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across the Power Platform stack. Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, security standards, and compliance within the Power Platform environment. Prepare documentation including technical specifications, solution designs, user guides, and architectural diagrams. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing internal development standards. Mandatory Technical Skills Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications). Advanced proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud flows, automated flows, instant flows). Deep understanding of Dataverse, CDS, entity modeling, relationships, business rules, and security roles. Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration. Hands-on experience in developing C# plugins, actions, custom workflow activities, and custom logic within Dynamics 365. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and client-side scripting on forms and ribbon customizations. Proficiency with XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, Solution Checker, and Power Platform administration tools. Experience integrating Power Platform applications with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or other external systems. Solid understanding of solution management, managed/unmanaged solutions, and ALM concepts. Strong SQL and FetchXML query capabilities. Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, security roles, privileges, and Power Platform governance. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and embedding capabilities. Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, or Custom Connectors. Familiarity with Azure ecosystem components including Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management. Understanding of DevOps pipelines for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). Experience in enterprise-level migration, solution upgrades, or CRM-to-Power Platform modernization projects. Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, MB-910, or equivalent. Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured technical solutions. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable Power Platform applications in complex environments. Strong mentoring skills and ability to guide junior team members effectively. Commitment to best practices, quality assurance, and continuous learning. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience Requirement 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development. Demonstrated experience in delivering medium to large-scale enterprise solutions.
