React Developer Exp: 3-5yrs Location: Remote Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for a talented React Developer with 35 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in React 18, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and modern UI libraries. You will play a key role in developing high-performance features, enhancing user experience, and maintaining scalable front-end architecture. Key Responsibilities: Enhance and maintain our React-based application with a focus on performance and scalability Develop new features and UI components using React 18, TypeScript, and PrimeReact Integrate with RESTful APIs and Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Blob Storage) Implement performance optimizations such as lazy loading, code splitting, and memoization Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible UI through CSS/SCSS best practices Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers Debug, test, and fix issues to maintain a seamless user experience Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with documentation Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience building web applications using React Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with Redux Toolkit and application-wide state management Proficient in React Router v7 for SPA navigation Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming Hands-on experience with UI libraries, preferably PrimeReact Strong CSS/SCSS skills and responsive design expertise Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Blob Storage) Experience with SignalR or similar real-time communication technologies Performance tuning techniques in React (e.g., React.memo, useCallback) Knowledge of file/image upload handling in web apps Experience with React Hook Form or similar libraries Understanding of accessibility (a11y) principles and standards Familiarity with testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library Tech Stack: Frontend: React 18, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, PrimeReact Routing: React Router v7 State Management: Redux + Redux Persist UI: PrimeReact, Bootstrap (CSS only) API Handling: Axios Auth: Azure AD Storage: Azure Blob Storage Real-time: SignalR Build Tools: Webpack, npm/yarn Styles: SASS/SCSS Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel
