Job Title: Supplier Relationship Executive

CTC: Up to 6-7 LPA (Fixed: 4 LPA, Variable: 2-3 LPA)

About the Role

As a Supplier Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with our global supplier base. Your role will involve negotiating existing business deals, sourcing new suppliers, and ensuring seamless onboarding and collaboration across departments. This position requires flexibility to align with US supplier working hours, including working from office post-afternoon and continuing remotely in the evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and agreements on ongoing business deals.
• Source and develop a robust pipeline of new suppliers.
• Engage, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, operations) to assess supplier performance and requirements.
• Support process improvements to enhance supplier engagement and efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Successful retention and satisfaction of existing suppliers.
• Timely and cost-effective negotiations on current business deals.
• Development of a consistent supplier pipeline.
• Efficient onboarding of new suppliers.
• Cross-departmental collaboration for supplier analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in supplier management, sourcing, or procurement.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret supplier data.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Timings

• Flexible schedule tailored to overlap with US supplier working hours.
• Hybrid work pattern: reporting to the office in the late afternoon and continuing work remotely in the evening.
