Supplier Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier quality initiatives: SQA, PPAP, APQP, Process Audits & 7QC.
• Conduct supplier audits, develop strategies & improve perfornces.
• Your Responsibilities will be:
• Ensure the implementation of the containment action at supplier site to protect plant and Customer;
• Support the escalation process;
• Support the supplier Cost recovery process application;
• Ensure the application of experience capitalization and share best practices within the SQ organization;
• Lead the Improvement programs of the worst suppliers at division level in cooperation with Purchasing, SQ and Purchasing Commodity and any relevant function needed from the Division;
• On site visit at the suppliers to check the corrective actions efficiency, to perform line review or Process Audit and when relevant CQCL;
• Assure that the targets are set for each Division SQ and achievement is tracked
• Coach and deploy the quality tool, as the Marelli Procedures and Operative Instructions
• Organize the relevant training for the division SQ team when require
• Visit and/or organize regular meetings with key suppliers for supplier quality subjects and enhance the supplier relationship

• Good knowledge of MS Office suites and ERP systems
• Travel availability (30–50%)
• VDA 6.3 Auditor
• Green belt preferable
• Knowledge of Quality Norm IATF 16949, Quality, Environmental and safety requirements
