As a Supplier & Customer Quality Engineer at Veoneer, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in quality systems. Let's delve into the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** In this role, you will lead Customer Complaint Management, act as the primary point of contact for OEMs on quality matters, monitor supplier and internal KPIs, support new product launches, coordinate audits and assessments, manage process changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the resolution of OEM 0km issues and field warranty claims through structured 8D investigations - Serve as the primary point of contact for OEMs, ensuring clear communication and timely responses - Monitor and report supplier and internal KPIs to meet or exceed OEM quality expectations - Prepare and submit PPAP documentation and support new product launches - Plan and manage customer audits, document findings, and lead corrective actions - Participate in Change Control Board meetings and communicate process changes to customers - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and improve customer satisfaction **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of relevant experience in customer and supplier quality management in the automotive industry - Proven problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA - Hands-on experience in preparing PPAP documentation and supporting new product launches - In-depth knowledge of audit coordination, OEM quality systems, and industry standards - Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with OEMs and suppliers - Analytical mindset to interpret data and quality metrics for continuous improvement - Familiarity with change management processes and stakeholder management - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Fluency in English with willingness to travel for supplier visits and collaboration If you possess a BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech in a relevant engineering stream and meet the above qualifications, we invite you to join Veoneer as a Supplier & Customer Quality Engineer to contribute to our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.,
