Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ambala

About the Role
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. The Supervisor ensures that production targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
Allocate tasks and monitor workforce performance to achieve output targets.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Conduct regular checks to minimize defects and maintain product consistency.
Provide training and guidance to enhance skills and productivity.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with PPIC, procurement, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Required skills

3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
