Job Description

Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment programs in alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, federal, and international regulations pertaining to quality, health, safety, and environmental protection.
Risk Management: Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks to personnel, property, and the environment.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental spills, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to raise awareness and promote compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor QHSE performance, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to QHSE activities, incidents, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, regulatory agencies, and community members to promote a culture of QHSE excellence and transparency.
