Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the packing operations to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products. This includes coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time deliveries. You will need to monitor packing equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinate maintenance as needed. Additionally, you will supervise and lead a team of packing operators, providing guidance, training, and support. It will be your responsibility to assign tasks and monitor the performance of team members to ensure productivity and efficiency. Conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates will also be part of your role.
