Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: PONDICHERRY

Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Owner

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily dining operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role involves supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, and supporting management in meeting operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Lead and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Train, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.
• Support in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the restaurant.
• Report operational issues and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
