Supervise a team, allocate work and ensure timeliness and quality. Manage L&D & Talent management stakeholders across APAC, EMEA and AMER. Design and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights, Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness, identify gaps. Able to deliver in a challenging and dynamic environment. Apply strategies & planning to manage high volumes. Develop and maintain SOPs, ensure team is self-sufficient and knowledge retention. Drive operational excellence throughout the Learning lifecycle, proactively improving processes, harmonizing workflows and transforming complexity into streamlined practices Drive high performance culture.
