Job Title: PVC Supervisor

Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India

Education & Qualifications

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2–3 years of experience in PVC Injection Molding

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of PVC injection molding techniques
Hands-on experience with machine parameter settings and troubleshooting
Leadership and team management abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee PVC injection molding processes to ensure quality production
Manage daily production operations including machine setup, parameter adjustments, and manpower allocation
Monitor and supervise loading/unloading of plastic dies
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime
Maintain safety standards and enforce zero-accident policy
Ensure timely production as per schedules and targets
Maintain data accuracy and production records
Support workforce training and team guidance for smooth shift operations
