Supervisor

Chadha Milk Plant is looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily production and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain product quality, guide staff, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards within the plant. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations including milk receiving, processing, pasteurization, packaging, and dispatch. Monitor quality parameters and ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and company protocols. Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery; coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance. Manage and monitor workers/operators to ensure efficient production. Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and documentation. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all processing areas as per SOPs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards. Coordinate with QA, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff on safety standards, hygiene, and production processes. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years in a dairy/milk processing plant; supervisory experience preferred. Good understanding of milk processing operations and equipment. Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge for reporting. Working Conditions: Rotational shifts may be required. Work includes supervision on production floors and cold storage areas. Salary: As per company norms (negotiable based on experience).
